To achieve greatness, athletes need to put in extra time to get there. Developing speed and strength with our athletes is essential in taking us to the next level. Our core purpose is to prevent injuries along with developing flexibility, strength, and power. To achieve this takes dedication beyond what is normal. Coaches and student athletes need to work together to find time and the committment it will take to reach the highest level of greatness we can.
The time, sweat, and dedication that is needed to achieve this is difficult, but not any more difficult than winning a conference or section title. We must sharpen our tools to achieve our goals.
School Sessions Offered:
Two Weight Training Class-- (Get Signed Up for these classes)
Before and after school Sessions:
-Mondays & Wednesday Mornings 7:15-7:45 am
-Monday-Wednesday-Friday 3:30-4:45 pm
