Our PTO Meetings are the following dates in the elementary media center:

  • November 5th @ 6:00 pm 
  • December 10th @ 6:00 pm 
  • January 14th @ 6:00 pm 
  • February 11th @ 6:00 pm 
  • March 10th @ 6:00 pm 
  • April 14th  @ 6:00 pm 
  • May 12th  @ 6:00 pm 

Other PTO Events:

  • Fall Book Fair- November 11th-14th
  • Santa and Friends-  December 19th 5:00-7:00 pm
  • Books for Bingo- February date TBD
  • Spring Book Fair- March 16th-19th
  • Egg Hunt-April 5th (April 11th would be the back up day if weather is an issue)
  • Books for Bikes- May date TBD

PTO Mission Statement:  

The Frazee-Vergas Elementary Parent Teacher Organization is a nonprofit parent teacher organization (PTO) whose mission is to establish and sustain a close relationship between the parents, teachers, and students by developing opportunities within the school and community. The PTO plans to provide assistance to teachers within the classroom settings (volunteers, supplies, etc…), raise funds for educational materials and experiences within the school and community, advocate school and family social interaction, and provide an unbiased forum for sharing information on issues that impact our children. It is our belief that the team effort of a parent teacher organization offers the best possible learning environment for our children.
